If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavours to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with success unexpected in common hours. Henry David Thoreau
The above quote is one of my favourites’ when it comes to creating the life you want and fulfilling your potential. For me it personally suggests that some higher force or power, be it God, the universe or life itself will conspire to help make your dreams become a reality, once you are advancing confidently in the direction of them and endeavouring to live the life you have imagined. As the famous scientist Albert Einstein once said ‘The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.’
Imagine your dream or goal with crystal clarity, focus and detail, and confidently begin to take positive steps and actions each day with faith that the universe is like a good friend by your side working on your behave to make what you are moving towards a solid reality. And be ready to embrace support and challenge, positive and negative, praise and criticism along the way.
The challenge that I often find is that we can focus too much on the life we don’t want, which can be preventing us be it consciously or unconsciously from confidently advancing in the direction of our heartfelt dreams and goals. Common names for this are called worrying and fretting.
In my hypnotherapy sessions I use the groundbreaking neuro scientific Havening techniques which quickly and effectively remove negative thoughts and emotions that can be blocking you from making progress. I then use hypnosis and leading edge visualisation techniques to focus your mind and behaviours towards achieving your dreams and goals.
My aim to create enough positive powerful momentum within your thoughts, feelings and behaviours that you become resolute and unstoppable in pursuit of living the life you want and enjoying the process along the way.
