Even Albert Einstein said. ‘Imagination is more important than knowledge’. So you could say’ most of our problems and solutions are imaginary in nature’
People sometimes refer to the power of the mind to get over problems, but to be more accurate I prefer to phrase it as the power of imagination. This is comprised of the pictures, sounds and feelings you create in your mind and body. When I work with clients I use leading edge psychological techniques such as hypnosis, NLP & Havening techniques to quickly help my client take more charge of their imagination, so that they are more in control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
The power of visualisation
Your body cannot tell the difference between what’s real and what you vividly imagine, meaning what you imagine has a significant effect on how you feel. Learning how to control your imagination is a great ability to have to improve the quality of your life. Most people’s imaginations are controlling them as opposed to them taking back control of it.
